In het (bestuurlijk) managementteam hebben zitting: leden van de Raad van Bestuur, hoofd radiotherapeutengroep, manager innovatie, hoofd van de klinische fysica groep (KFG), manager zorglogistiek en de manager HR & Communicatie, het hoofd van de groep Informatisering & Services en het hoofd Business Control.
Agendagestuurd kunnen afdelingshoofden of aandachtsgebiedhouders uitgenodigd worden in de vergadering van het managementteam.
